Riding on caged ceramic ball bearings, the blade deploys smoothly and locks securely with a crossbar lock that allows ambidextrous operation.

The handle is built from lightweight aluminum with stainless steel liners and matching backspacer, keeping the knife slim and comfortable in hand.
