Work Sharp Upgrade Kit for E4, E5, E5-NH & Professional Kitchen Electric

The Work Sharp Culinary E5 Upgrade Kit adds versatility to the E4, E5-NH, E5, and Professional Kitchen Electric (sold separately) with 15° and 20° sharpening guides, and specialty sharpening belts optimized to create traditional East and West edge profiles. The E5 Upgrade Kit includes 4 types of belts: (1) Blue ZA Coarse belt, (2) Red P120 Medium belts, (1) Grey X35 Fine belt, and (1) White X4 Extra-Fine belt. Each belt is part of a sharpening "recipe" with corresponding angle guides to sharpen traditional East and West edges.

The interchangeable 15° East and 20° West sharpening guides easily snap into place of the standard guides, while the included storage tray keeps your other guides organized. The leather lining inside the guides is embossed with East or West for easy identification.
